Asante Kotoko under fire head coach Kjetil Zachariassen has arrived in Kumasi after being asked to stay back in Ivory Coast for security reasons.
The Norwegian trainer failed to qualify Kotoko to the group stage of the Confederation Cup after losing 2-1 to Ivorian Minnows FC San Pedro after two legs encounter in the last qualifying round.
The former Ashantigold SC tactician arrived in Kumasi on Sunday to clarify his future with the Porcupine Warriors.
Zachariassen has been scheduled to hold a crunch meeting with the management of the club where his contract with the club will be critically looked at.
Expectedly, Asante Kotoko will mutually part ways with the coach with Kotoko set to pay three months salary to the coach as is reported to have been enshrined in his contract with the club.
