Bagbin Must Do The Right Thing Or Else We Wont Respect Him- Kwadaso MP

Parliament’s Speaker, Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin after taking the helm of office as Speaker of Parliament in the 8th Parliament is admonished not to do something unforeseen to damage his long-standing prestige, both private and public.

“You have been a Member of Parliament with an outstanding reputation, so you should not be biased or do anything untoward that tends to destroy your hard-won reputation over the years,” advised Dr. Kingsley Nyarko, New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Kwadaso in the Ashanti region.

The first time member of parliament commented on the morning show of Kumasi-based Oyerepa FM monitored by Mynewsghana that he is of a strong view that Nadowli Kaleo’s imminent former National Democratic Congress (NDC) MP would be cautious in the interest of Mother Ghana.

He also cautioned that any step by the parliament’s Speaker, Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin against the members of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the August House to make the National Democratic Congress (NDC) the majority in the present 8th Parliament would be fiercely opposed.

The party that forms the government is perceived to be the parliamentary majority, not the other way round, as per Dr. Kingsley Nyarko.
