‘Do or Die’: Mahama will campaign alone if he dares retracts – Yammin

Former Deputy Ashanti Regional Minister under erstwhile John Dramani Mahama’s administration has emphasized that the former President will campaign alone in 2024 if he retracts his ‘Do or Die’ comment.

According to Joseph Yammin, former President John Dramani Mahama is becoming the hard leader which majority of NDC supporters were looking for.

Speaking in an interview with Pure Fm’s Osei Kwadwo monitored by, the former deputy Ashanti Region Minister Joseph Yammin urged former President John Dramani Mahama not to bow to pressure from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), Peace Council and retract his ‘Do or Die’ comment.

“John Dramani Mahama is a man of peace and he will never do anything which will jeopardize the peace Ghanaians are enjoying,” Joseph Yammin said.

He emphasized that the “Do or Die’ comment from John Dramani Mahama is to motivate NDC supporters especially some of us to be vigilant and work hard for the party to win 2024 general elections at the polling stations with wild margins”.

“NDC going into 2024 general elections with ‘Do or Die’ mentality will save the party from going to court for victory. We will get the victory at the polling station without going to court”

“The ‘Do or Die’ comment from John Dramani Mahama has rekindled the spirit of NDC supporters who lost hope because of what happened in 2020 general elections” Yammin added.
