I WILL USE MY EX-GRATIA TO DEVELOP MY CONSTITUENCY IF I AM VOTED- PARLIAMENTARY CANDIDATE HOPEFUL PLEDGES

Political Activist and Anti LGBT petitioner (whose petition on the need to pass a law to fight LGBT was responded by Speaker of Parliament in June 15) Emmanuel Abankwah Kesse known by many as Olumanba is reportedly planning to contest in the parliamentary elections come 2024.

In a viral poster of Olumanba, he has pledged that “aside monies from the central government, he will use his ex-gratia to develop his constituency”.

We are yet to find out which constituency he will contest in.

Meanwhile, the 26year old politician for sometime now has been condemning the payment of ex-gratia to MPs, so let’s wait and see if he will be able to deliver his promises when he is given the mandate.
