Bullgod has called out Iwan’s lies.
The artist’s manager revealed that Iwan never signed a contract even though he was offered one, so he has no right to say Bullgod was trying to sabotage a career he never had.
It would be recalled that Iwan, while speaking to Docta Kay on Accra100.5FM’s Nkran Kwanso on Thursday, 19 November 2020, accused his former boss (Bullgod) of trying to destroy his image in the industry.
“And one thing too, I’m not expecting anything from him because 10 years down the lane, all he has been doing is fighting my image, doing all he could for people to see my irrelevance…
“You know, he has done a lot but after 10 years, I have nine albums and people have testified,” Iwan stated.
Iwan also accused dancehall giant, Samini of conspiring with Bullgod to pull him down because they both were threatened by his authenticity.
To the point where Iwan cursed both parties for their roles in his life, although he later retracted the curses.
Bullgod has now stated that Iwan was always an ungrateful artist.
He mentioned how the dancehall artists did not deserve all that had been done for him seeing that he never even signed a contract with his outfit.
“Although a contract was drawn, Iwan failed to sign it. And this made it difficult to reach a conclusion when he asked for more because there was no foundation to evaluate. Bullgod said, “ In the case of Iwan, we had given him a contract at the start of the job.”
“He never signed the contract. So I contract that you never signed. I don’t know why you now want to come and sit down and try and renegotiate a contract that you never signed to start with. It didn’t make sense to us at the time.” Bullgod explained.
He further alleged that his outfit spent a lot of money to put Iwan together with Samini and Iwan was aware of all the details of the deal.
Bullgod concluded that Iwan was just being deliberately ungrateful.
