Days after saying goodbye to social media, television personality Efia Odo born Andrea Owudu has exclusively revealed why she relocated from the United Stated of America to Ghana.
As per Efia in an interview with Mikki Osei Berko on the After Hours show, said she left Ghana at the of 5 to the United States of America but at a point in time, she felt that her “inner spirit” was calling her to return back her homeland, Ghana.
According to the actress, there was lack of opportunities in the movie industry in the United States of America, hence her decision to come back to Ghana.
Adding that, she sought advise from a friend namely Enoch Atakora on the state of movie industry in Ghana.
“After school, I was always pursuing acting, not only acting but media stuff. I had a friend called Enoch Atakora and I told him I wanted to act. He told me if you want to act, come to Ghana for six months. So, I came to Ghana December, 2014 and I got an acting role two-weeks later,” she told Mikki.
