Milovan Rajevac To Receive $50,000 Salary As Black Stars Coach, Ibrahim Tanko As Assistant?

The vacant Black Stars coach position is still active as there has been no official appointment of a new coach after the firing of CK. It was announced that a new coach will be appointment within seventy two hours but nothing certain has been said yet. Via a phone call on Pure Sports with Bright Kankam Boadu, Sadick Adams stated that over 50 coaches applied for the vacant position as Black Stars Coach.

According to him, former Black Stars coach Milovan Rajevac is the most likely to take over the position. He further stated that the Ghana Football Association is willing to pay the Serbian coach around $50,000 every month as the new coach of the Ghanaian national team.

Sadick Adams also stated that there are some factors why Milovan is favourite for the job. Some of those factors are his experience with the team and his availability on the market as he is currently not coaching any team. It was also noted that the amount he requested for was quite affordable and that his family was also happy to return to Ghana.

The only position that seems to be most vacant now is the position of the assistant head coach as a couple of names are popping up on the scene including WAFA coach and Ibrahim Tanko.
