Taxi Drivers at cape coast south constituency in the central region are calling on the member of parliament for the area Kweku Ricketts Hagan to rescind his earlier decision of not contesting the cape coast south seat adding that they need the member of parliament to represent them in parliament in 2020.
Speaking at the press conference held in cape coast, according to the group in, as a member of parliament for the area, Kweku Ricketts Hagan has paid his dues and has worked very diligently to change the face of the constituency.
They indicated that the MP has provided free transport for school children in the constituency.
According to some of the taxi drivers the MP again lobbied for a 25km asphalt road for the constituency and many other developmental projects.
It is in view of this that the group wants the MP to represent them again in Parliament.
In an interview with Kwame Kakraba Onuafm central regional correspondents, Mr Felix Daakyehene, spokesperson for the group, it urged the member of parliament to contest the 2020 elections since he is the best candidate for the job.
