Rev. Sister Esther Delali, Honugah Sisters of Mary Mother of the Church(SMMC) has recalled the youth they are the “missions” and sotherefore spreading the good news of Christ across the world shouldn’t be a burden.
Adding “with God having given such an amazing role of being a mission to we youth depicts how much we the young ones are special in his sight.”
She said this when delivering the keynote address at the opening ceremony of a four day first ever Holy Childhood Congress organized at the Pontifical Mission Societies of Saint Peter Claver Cathedral Parish in the Diocese of Jasikan in the Volta Part of Ghana on the theme “Young People The Hope Of Mission.”
Sr. Esther however said the youth are not only the hope of mission itself but are equally directed in the spiritual, moral, social and general well-being of themselves and others.
She further reminded the youth on some dangers to avoid growing up and some positive attitudes to adopt to become responsible adults.

Most Rev Gabriel A.A Manty, Bishop of Jasikan Diocese upon handed over the podium also urged parents to learn from the young ones in society,saying “when some parents are in grudge with each other, their wards will still be seen playing together. This is to tell us that quarreling is not necessary,” he advised.
